Original ELNA buttonhole disk cam for ‘Supermatic’ Sewing machines. This disk is used but in good condition and comes with the disk cam, the guide bar, the box, and instructions. This disk cam set does not include the presser foot, but the cam is still usable.

This item is used in good condition. The box shows signs of age and use. The instructions are folded and creased.
